I am employed! I was hired right after my job interview by a great accounting company here in Corvallis. I worked my first day too! 🙂 People seem really wonderful and are very giving to the community in words and actions – I love it!

I will be working a little over 35 hours a week and will have a crazy schedule…..but I think it will be worth it.

Monday – 8:00-3:00 (w0rk) 3:00-3:50 (drive to school) 4:00-8:00 (Class) 8:00-8:50 (Drive)
Tuesday – 8:00-3:00 (work) 3:00-3:50 (drive to school) 4:00-6:00 (Class) 6:50-8:30 (Kids Kloset Volunteer)
Wednesday – 8:00-5:00 (work)
Thursday- 8:00-3:00 (work) 3:00-3:50 (drive to school) 4:00-6:00 (Class) 6:00-6:50 drive
Friday – 8:00-5:00 (work)

Whew!! Busy! But it will be great. God is good.

Casey has been doing great. We are currently waiting to hear from several medical schools as we may need to travel for interviews…..we will see. Casey has been diligently studying his spanish (he is reallly good). His passion for the Lord and people never ceases to amaze me. What an incredible husband I have!

Take care! Keep us update…. 🙂

Job searching is really hard. Especially when you are looking for something part time – and I am not even being picky!! I will do just about anything.

Lord, I really need a job. Can you help me out a little?

I have SO much to do today……..and I want to get it done before Casey gets home from Mexico. Pray for me……you know that one bible story where God makes time stand still? Yea…..God, I need a little of that today.

*Clean house – really clean it (could take a few hours……college and house cleaning do not do well together)

*Rearrange for tree (eh……if I do not get carried away it could take about 15 minutes)

*Get tree (This is a quick task)

*Decorate (Longer task……..could take an hour or so?)

*Wrap some presents…(not to worried about this one.)

Wish me luck…..

I have not blogged in so long obviously. In the meanwhile…….Casey’s sister got married, same sister was just diagnosed with breast cancer, Casey’s grandma had surgery on her hip, and his Dad has a ruptured disc in his hip. BUSY! Be praying for his family please.
In the meantime…..I have been teaching myself to sew. wow. My first sewing project was a present for Casey’s sister’s wedding. It is a table runner and I am mighty proud of myself. My next project is to make pjs bottoms for my four year old twin cousins. I will post pics when I am done.
